Review:
When I first started playing this game I thought 'Oh, what a wasted download' but I was itching for so time out while the kids slept so I persisted with it. After a few levels it became strangely addictive & I found it somewhat difficult to tear myself away from the colourful popping jellies exploding on the screen before me. I don't know if it was the panicked little face these guys give before they go or the challenge of actually stopping them from getting to the bottom (gets harder as it gets faster). Anyway, I was surprised & rather enjoyed it after a while, but I was desperate for some time out. I didn't understand the powerup bonuses & it seemed to build up "skills" on the right side which I couldn't seem to activate. They seemed to work at random by themselves as you cleared the relevant colour group. I also did not get what the upgrade points were about in between the levels as the "skills" seemed non-interactive. I think it may have been connected but I'm not sure. Graphics & sound were what you would expect but the little girl was a bit weird.
All over, a mind numbing game that doesn't take a lot of skill or thought but is simple enough for a child to play, but if you're looking for something with a bit more grit, then pass this one over.
